An Agricultural Engineer with a passion for machines, Alaa was the first of his generation to jump on board El Balagh wagon. Alaa witnessed the shutdown of the newspaper in 1952 to avoid nationalism. He then, single handedly transformed & re-launched the printhouse as commercial one, to continue the legacy of his grandfather.
